The new Maruti Swift launch is slated on August 17, 2011, however the bookings for the popular hatchback have already started showering. New Maruti Swift will come in both petrol and diesel variants, the petrol car will be affixed with 1.2 litre engine , on the other hand the diesel engine will adorn 1.3 litre multijet diesel engine. New Maruti Swift is expected to be highly frugal, the petrol variant is likely to offer a decent mileage of 21.5 kmpl, whilst the diesel variant is expected to deliver a whopping mileage of 25.8 kmpl. New Maruti Swift features include, push button start, back wiper washer demister, Bluetooth connectivity, climate control, Aux and USB port, electric folding back view mirrors, audio controls mounted on steering wheel, 16 inch of alloy wheels in ZXi and ZDi models and 115 inch wheels in all variants of new Maruti swift excluding ZXi and ZDi. New Maruti Swift will also come with xenon headlight and optional Sunroof. New Maruti Swift is expected to be available in 7 models namely Maruti Swift LXi, Maruti Swift VXi, Maruti Swift LDi, Maruti Swift VDi AT, Maruti Swift ZDi, Maruti Swift VDi and Maruti Swift ZXi. New Maruti Swift ZDi price and New Maruti Swift ZXi price is expected to be around Rs. 7.6 Lakh and Rs. 6.8 Lakh respectively. The new Maruti Swift will be available in different colors, which include black, white, glistening grey, silver, torque blue and blazing red.

Mahindra Xylo Mini

27 May 2011, Recent reports states that Indian automobile giant Mahindra Auto will release Mahindra Xylo Mini in July 2011. This new compact version of Mahindra's popular SUV is expected to bear all the specifications of its parent version “Mahindra Xylo SUV” which was launched earlier to compete with Toyota Innova. As per speculations, Mahindra mini Xylo price is expected to touch the mark of Rs. 5 lakhs.

Mahindra Auto is going to make another entry in 4-meter cars segment with its grand hatchback MUV Mahindra Xylo Mini. The car is expected to be crafted with same robust and an aggressive looks that are brand image of Mahindra Xylo standard. However, Mahindra Auto’s compact car “Mahindra Xylo Mini” will shed some of the high-end features to make the Mahindra Xylo Mini price adjustable to Rs. 5 lakh in comparison with its standard Mahindra Xylo price which is Rs. 7 lakh plus.

June 23, 2011: Force Motors Ltd. today unveiled the brand new logo for the personal vehicle division and also made public the name of the much anticipated Force Motor SUV. The upcoming SUV has been named as ‘Force One’. Notably, Force Motors Ltd is primarily into manufacture of commercial vehicles including Small Commercial Vehicles (SCV), Multi Utility Vehicles (MUV), Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV), Agricultural Tractors and Heavy Commercial Vehicles (HCV). Force Motors Force One SUV is expected in the coming days. The Force Motors Force One price in India is expected to remain around Rs 12 to Rs 15 lakhs.

Skoda India is all set for the Skoda Laura RS India launch on August 31st. As per Skoda Laura specs, the new cars is expected to come affixed with a 1798cc, 4 Cylinders in line TSI engine, which would keep the capacity of churning out the maximum power of 160 Bhp along with 250 Nm of Torque.
